Exchange Policy
Eligibility Criteria:
You may request an exchange for any BRACO product within 3 working days of receiving it. The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with:
- Original packaging
- All labels, tags and accessories
- Original purchase invoice
- Photos of the product and packaging must be sent to our Customer Care team via email.
- This policy is applicable only to purchases made directly through BRACO website.
Exchange Request Process:
- Contact our Customer Care Support Team with your order details.
- Specify the actual reason to exchange the product in writing.
- We’ll confirm if the product can be exchange by replying.
- If the product can be exchange, we will confirm the availability of the alternate product and provide a delivery timeline.
Pick-Up and Delivery:
- In most cases, the replacement product will be delivered at the time of pick-up.
- If not immediately available, we will share a revised delivery and pick-up timeframe.
Out-of-Stock Items:
If the requested product is unavailable within 15 business days post pick-up, a full refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.
Return Policy
Eligibility Criteria:
- Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- Valid reason and supporting photographs are required (e.g., product not as described, wrong product delivered, etc.).
- Product must be unused and returned with all original packaging, labels, and invoice.
- Photos of the product and packaging must be emailed to our Customer Care team.
Return Request Process:
- Contact our Customer Care team with your order details and images.
- Upon verification, our team will guide you through the return process.
- We’ll confirm whether your return meets the eligibility criteria.
Pick-Up Instructions:
- Our team will schedule a pick-up or advise the nearest return service option.
- In remote locations, we may request return via India Post-Speed Post. Please ensure the package is insured and trackable.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items:
- If your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the packaging and product showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will offer either an Exchange or Refund, based on stock availability.

Refund Method:
- Refunds are processed via online payment gateways only.
- No cash refunds are provided.
Processing Time:
- You will be notified via email once the returned product is inspected.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Rejected returns will be shipped back to you.
Refund Deductions:
- Shipping and transaction costs are non-refundable unless due to a manufacturing defect.
Delayed Refunds:
- Check with your bank before contacting us if your refund hasn’t been received after the expected timeframe.
- If unresolved, contact our Customer Care Support Team.
Change of Mind or Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel a return or exchange request, please notify us before the product is picked up.
You may also reject the pick-us when the delivery person arrives.
