At BRACO, we are committed to delivering uncompromised safety, quality, and performance in every brake disc we manufacture. We stand behind our products and offer a warranty that reflects our confidence in our materials, processes, and quality control.

Warranty Coverage

Product Covered: All BRACO Brake Discs sold under the BRACO brand name.

Warranty Period: 12 months or 20,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first, from the date of purchase.

What is Covered

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
Premature cracking, warping, or structural failure under normal operating conditions.
Inconsistent or excessive wear due to internal defects.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

Improper installation or handling.
Use in racing, off-road, or other high-performance applications.
Damage due to accident, misuse, or modification of the product.
Normal wear and tear or surface rust.
Use of incompatible brake pads or accessories.
Installation in vehicles for which the product is not designed or recommended.

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact your dealer or reach out to our customer support at care@braco.co.in within the warranty period.

2. Provide:

Proof of purchase (invoice / bill).
Vehicle details (make, model, registration number).
Details of the issue and images, if applicable.

3. The product may be requested for physical inspection by our technical team.

Inspection and Resolution

Upon inspection, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, BRACO will replace the product free of charge.
No refunds will be issued under this warranty.
Cost of removal, re-installation, or consequential losses (like vehicle downtime) is not covered.

Installation & Usage Conditions

To ensure warranty validity

Brake discs must be installed by a qualified mechanic and experience mechanic only.
Installation and maintenance must comply with OEM specifications.
Fitment torque settings and cleaning protocols must be followed.

Legal Disclaimer

This warranty is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and adheres to BIS standards.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
