Order Confirmation and Notification:
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation at your registered contact details. This will include your order number, estimated dispatch schedule, and delivery address.
Product Packaging:
All BRACO brake discs are packed with tamper-proof, sealed, and cushioned packaging designed to withstand transit handling and avoid any damage during shipping. Special care is taken to protect the machining surface and critical dimensions of each disc.
Delivery Partners:
We work with trusted logistics and transport partners who specialize in handling automotive parts to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery will be made directly to your workshop, warehouse, or specified address.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeline:
- Orders are usually dispatched within 8–10 business days from order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 11–15 business days, depending on location, accessibility, and transport availability.
- For bulk or B2B orders, delivery schedules may vary and will be shared accordingly.
Order Tracking:
Once dispatched, a Tracking ID/AWB number will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can track your order on our website https://braco.co.in under “My Account” > “Track Order”, or directly through the delivery partner’s tracking portal.
To comply with Indian transport and GST norms, every shipment will include:
- GST-compliant invoice with HSN code for brake disc.
- E-way bill for orders exceeding the value0 as per current guidelines).
- Technical datasheet upon request for workshops needing specs for fitment.
- Product origin label (as per Legal Metrology Act)
- Packaging Date and Manufacturer’s Details as mandated
Receiving Guidelines for Workshops:
- Please inspect the product at the time of delivery.
- If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, do not accept the parcel, and notify us immediately.
- Any issues in delivery, wrong item, or quantity mismatch must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with unboxing evidence.
Shipping Limitations:
- Delivery is currently available within India only.
- Remote or restricted areas may experience additional delays.
